What's place? - In Japan Train.Where he sit there. ( I remb- i just went there in Japan it so solf~ )
How to do that Water glow? - Used 4 layers and set each or mores " A- / 20% /30%/16%" and White blue dark blue.
Why his name is Code number? - don't asked.This is my fave number.i always saying in French number.

When he waiting for someone to meet back..If you're leaving maybe I'll come back.Maybe after he see you? Would it be very wrong
for me to believe unlikely with someone.I'm hoping somebody is doing alright and brings me back cause im so scared that i won't ever see you a friend..
He felt worried his friends.Friends nevers meet him so he needs leaving them or see you back.Now looking water so he wish he could rewind in his mind.Friends is started to been fool him and i can't couldn't sleep at all .Feels insomnia.

Overall Vision Originality Technique Impactthis piece of artwork is out right stunning to look at, it's clean and crisp, your character looks amazingly drawn, his looks are clear on how he feels and the water effect looks so gorgeous to look at.
the lighting on him is also so nice and hits the right spots, the background also gives a good sense of feelings, i gotta say this is out right amazing in every single way possible, one last thing i must say is how good you draw every little detail.
